Some of you have already had the pleasure of seeing John Loves Julie and know what a treat you are in for, others haven’t yet been so lucky, but don’t despair! In their first Cologne gig in over six months, JLJ will be enchanting us with their melodies – this time supported by Artenis, a local singer/songwriter whose dulcet tones will tug at your heartstrings.

The music of John Loves Julie is best described as an acoustic pop canvas painted with a rich palette of colours. There are traces of blues in the vocals and jazz in the chords and phrasing, soulful longing in the lyrics and sunny pop sweetness in the choruses.

Doors open at 7:30 pm and the show will kick off with Artenis at 8 on the dot. Please try and be on time, so that the evening isn’t unnecessarily disrupted by latecomers. This musical magic costs just 4€ for members (6€ for guests)
